Quiet lakefront home on Colorado arm of Lake LBJ. The property has 100 feet of lake frontage with another 100 feet on the adjacent community park. Best fishing on the lake. Canoe (1) and kayaks (three touring/fishing and one whitewater) included in rental. Nearby attractions include Longhorn Caverns, Inks Lake State Park, National Fish Hatchery, wineries, and restaurants in nearby towns of Marble Falls and Kingsland.

If you are looking for a quiet lake getaway with great fishing, swimming and the perfect spot for just hanging out, this is the place. Great birding as well. When water is released from Lake Buchanan upstream the river in front of Sans Souci (No worries) becomes a series of small rapids, just right for kayaking fun. Note that there are no interior stairs.
