I'm an Airbnb host too, and love it. We have a vacation rental in Boise Idaho, where I live with my husband and children. We also have one in McCall Idaho, where I actually grew up! I own/operate a successful real estate company and the vacation rental gig has been so synergistic! I love to cook, read, and travel! We choose vacation rentals to live like locals and get a different travel experience...getting to know a community instead of the downtown/hotel/taxi/generic food scene!
