Lumeah is located at 3a Lumeah Road and offers self contained accommodation for 2 or more people. Whatever size your group is you have exclusive use of the whole accommodation. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms it provides spacious living with a large outdoor area. You are two minutes to a quite safe and beautiful ocean beach, and close to all facilities such as the shop, fuel and local attractions. Lumeah means " I rest here" and this beautiful old home is built for comfort.

Ideally located near Quiet Corner this accommodation is set in beautiful gardens with the sound of the ocean lulling you to sleep.
The accommodation is very very spacious so you can really experience the comforts of home. You are within a 2 minute walk to the safe and protected beach. Look for a white wallaby in the garden. There is always a grey wallaby if you cant spot a white one.

You have three bedrooms, two bathrooms a large lounge dining as well as covered deck with BBQ and dining facilities. The kitchen has a full oven and lots of cooking options. There is a BBQ on the deck as well as a wood fired BBQ. There is room to park a boat and an extra fridge on the deck to store your catch.

Dogs are welcome and there is a yard where they can wander. Please advise if you are bringing a dog before arrival.
A roaring log fire in the wood heater, makes it cosy in winter and a place to relax.
Coming soon is an outdoor firepot area. Available December 2019 - only when fire conditions and local authority conditions are observed.

i love living on Bruny and sharing it with others. You don't really want to go anywhere else when you fall in love with an island under an island under an island. I love to grow some veggies and spend time in the garden, on the beach and in the water. I enjoy talking to my guests and helping them find the things they are interested in. The house is an icon being one of the oldest houses in the Bay and linked to it's history in many different ways. My motto is enjoy every day and love the planet we live on!
