We're situated in a quiet cul de sac so there's no passing traffic even though you're right in the heart of the city. The location is unique because of this.
No aircon but there are two pedestal fans and a couple of heaters. Shared laundry with your own washer and dryer at the rear of the building, washing powder supplied, just msg me if you need anything.

Love to travel. Currently studying part time and working full time. Love the beach and keeping fit.
