*10 min drive to Lantaw Restaurant (floating restaurant)
* 10 min to Gaisano GM Basak, Hospital, Maribago Tourist area

The house has deep well water, hot water in all showers, full light outside so pool can be used at night time also
The house have 4 aircon. The house is build up with an aircondition system that cover the whole house, all room can be cooled down.

I expect that my gusts treat the house well without destoying anything & respect the houserules.
Minimum rent is 3 days, you can rent for less - but the price will be same as 3 days rent. 1 day rent is the same as party and its not allowed to have party in the house.
Tours can be arranged:
11 seater - 6k plus fuel, all around in Cebu island within 24 hours, Diaz Travel and Tours II
