We are located at the prime area of Penang, along Karpal Singh Drive, the most happening place in Penang for the local.
More than 30 cafes and restaurants are directly below our unit, ranging from Thai food, Japanese ramen shop, Chinese cuisine, western food, cafes, pubs, subway to 24 hours 7-Eleven.
24 hours McDonald, 24 hours halal mamak stall and 2 local food courts are within 5 minutes walking distance.
The seaview Starbucks open from 630am until 3am in the morning.
Locals love to jogging and walking along the seafront promenade walkway to enjoy the sea view, sea breeze and the Penang bridge view. Locals play tai chi during morning and youngsters jog along the seafront promenande.
You can watch the sunrise along the seafront promenade too.
