If you like a modern, quiet and close to Turin center (8 minutes driving)... this villa is perfect for relaxing. Is a completely detached house, with a private parking, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool completely automatic slated water control system, a modern kitchen fully equipped, the garage has 220V and 380V to charge electric cars too.

This Is a quiet residential area, 3-5 degree celsius less warm than the city. Is sunny and warm overlooking the Alps mountains.
The Villa has a heated* pool that can be used. Hot temperature is provided by the solar panels. From June to October is a relaxing option included.
There is a private car park or a garage if required.
The garden and the pool are not shared with others. You rent the whole house.
I do pool and garden maintenance when guests are out for shopping or dinner. I would like to use rarely the pool if the day is hot and is not a problem for my guests.
The master bedroom has a design bed and a comfortable memory foam mattress. Guest room has two separate bed. The Bathrooms are just outside the rooms.
The heating is set up on 20 degrees (winter) and 25 (summer) (if the windows are closed...). This house is environmentally designed for a low impact. Please don't ask to modify the temperature setup, thanks.
*The pool temperature is provided by solar panels. Usually is over 23 up to 29 C° from June to September.

This modern independent villa is located on the hill of Turin. Only 10 minutes driving to the Po river and the charming old town.
There is a bus service every hour that links the area to the city center in 20-25 minutes.
By booking this villa you have the entire main floor with your entrance, the garden, the pool and a private parking. The privacy you have is total, however there is a nearby villa that could overlook some external areas close to the pool, that villa is empty and the owners use it only 5 days per year!
A luxury car to pick you up at the airport is available. Please ask.
Other services can be arranged (housekeeper, etc.)...
The washing machine has a dryer and is located in the basement.
There is a nice floating big cushion for a fantastic sleep on water surface!
The basement has a service flat which I use (sometimes, when I am in Turin) with a separate access, however I am busy on my duties and if you want my advice I am available. Cleaning the pool and the garden are normal activities we carry on regularly when is more convenient for your staying.

Composta da un ampio e luminoso soggiorno, una cucina attrezzata, una zona pranzo interna ed una esterna, una spaziosa camera da letto matrimoniale che si affaccia sul giardino con quercia secolare, due bagni con doccia o vasca, una camera singola. Un grande garage, posto auto, aria condizionata, impianti automatici per il confort. Due grandi vetrate si affacciano sul giardino e sulla piscina privata. Raggiungibile in auto in 8 minuti dal centro di Torino e in 10 dalla tangenziale e dalle autostrade di Piacenza e Savona. Completamente immersa nel verde e lontana da smog, traffico e rumore, in una tranquilla area residenziale recintata. Un servizio autobus per la città è disponibile ogni ora.

L'alloggio è arredato con mobili e accessori di design e molte opere d’arte e dispone di tutti i servizi necessari. La sua caratteristica è quella di essere indipendente, in un luogo tranquillo e di poter usufruire di spazi esterni che renderanno il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. L'alloggio è adatto a persone singole, coppie, famiglie, per vacanza o per soggiorni di lavoro. Il garage dispone di prese industriali a 220 e 380 V per ricaricare auto elettriche o ibride plug-in.
