Jungle gym, trees to climb, a stream to play in. Over 100 birds listed, nature rambles, mountain biking, picnic spots. Please note. This is farm. We have Jack Russell terriers who love children.

Since acquiring the farm twelve years ago we have worked at turning Zand Hoek back two hundred years in terms of land usage and ecology. Linked to the highways and bi ways of the Kouga region we are on the Garden Route, N2, between Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. Part of the Sunshine Coast. From Zand Hoek Lodge, 30 mins drive to Jeffreys Bay, St Francis Bay and Tsitsikamma. An hour to the Baviaans Kloof Nature Reserve, one and a half hours to Addo. An hour to the world’s highest bunge jump at the Bloukrans. Horse riding offered in our area. Visits to working dairy farms. We organise deep sea fishing and hunting trips

We welcome our guests into our own home complete with Jack Russell terriers. Share the nightly visits of our Impala, Nyala and Blue Duiker.
