Great friendly neighborhood. Walk to beach. At end of street there is a direct cut through to the beach. Or you can walk another minute and enter through the main Old Garden Beach entrance. Walk to downtown. Easy access to golf.

You can always call or text if you need anything. I am 75 minutes away and have some local help for emergencies.
