This modern apartment is a rare find in Hobart. It is exceptionally warm and inviting with lots of natural light and stylish furnishings.
We have 2 bedrooms, one with a luxurious and super comfortable king sized bed and the other with 2 extra long plush singles. We can push them together to form a larger bed but it would be closer to a queen than a king size.
The main bedroom has a lovely clean ensuite bathroom with a shower and there is another larger family sized bathroom with a shower, bath and laundry facilities.
The hallway then opens to a large kitchen/dining area with a convection cooktop, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster etc. Everything you could possibly need for a casual lunch or gourmet dinner. It is set up as a home away from home, every kitchen item is good quality, not the usual cheap pots and pans.
Beside the kitchen is the comfortable living area with a large modular sofa which comfortably seats 4 people. Here you will find a brand new Sony television.
The sliding glass door lead onto the sunny balcony.

The apartment is accessed via a locked box attached to the letterbox. The letterbox area is only accessible during business hours 9-5pm. Arrangements can be made outside these hours, please indicate your arrival time when booking and we can send through instructions.
Guests are able to access the underground car park, the lift and communal hallway. There are no common areas available.

There is no Wifi available at this time.
Due to an electrical design fault during building, the two bathrooms fans come on simultaneously when one is turned on. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this and there are no safety issues.
Due to damage sustained to the BBQ, it will be unavailable till it is fixed.

The apartment is on one of Hobart’s main streets, a few minutes walk from the main cbd, but as it’s not right in the centre it’s a lot quieter. It’s a safe area to walk to and from during the day and at night. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby that range from cheap and relaxed Asian cafes to upmarket restaurants.
