This very special Maisonette apartment is in an 1864 historic property in Downtown Heritage Perth. There is a private entryway and one flight of stairs leading to this beautiful Parisian style maisonette apartment. The kitchen and a sitting nook are on the lower level and the upper level is the entire third floor of the building. The third floor living room has sweeping water views over the Tay Basin. There is a 150-year-old exposed stone wall in the Living room. The apartment is very quiet and centrally located.
We provide all of the necessities including linens, toiletries etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and coffee machine. All utensils, cookware etc is provided. Internet is free and we provide an HD Smart TV with Netflix Account
The apartment is adjacent to our Art Gallery, Studio 87 and across the street from our design centre, Decor a la Mode. The apartment is presently being renovated to a five-star standard and everything will be brand new and ready for early 2018.

Our apartment is located diagonally across the street from City Hall. We are located in central heritage Perth. Our buildings back onto the Tay River Ship Basin which provides amazing views and privacy even though you are downtown. Stewart Park is across the street. The Crystal Palace is a 1 minute walk.
