Spacious Beautiful 1910 Victorian house on a hill overlooking the Mississippi River.
The perfect quiet getaway for singles, couples or small groups. Close to Restaurants, bars, boutiques, and a sprawling bike path.
This apartment is the lower level of a duplex. I live upstairs. Fire pit in the summer with a view of the Mississippi River. Full kitchen, dining room, living room. Feel free to spread out and make yourself at home in this spacious blissful one bedroom with a king sized bed.

The apartment is in the Historic Village of East Davenport. It’s within walking distance (2 blocks) to restaurants, bars, shops, and salons. There is a bike path that is accessible 5 blocks from the house.
You’ll have your own apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is also a beautiful view of the Mississippi River outside the kitchen windows. It’s perfect for one person, a couple or small group or family.
You’ll have a private entrance to the apartment in the back of the house. There’s a sidewalk that starts at the street and leads you to the back door.
There is one king sized bed and the couch can be put together for sleeping as well. I have included a couch, coffee table, small dining table, large desk, a few chairs, a fully functional kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Help yourself to coffee or tea provided. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, dishes, and pots and pans. Clean sheets and towels provided as well as everything you need and more for a super functional cozy stay.
There are large sliding doors that create separation for individual rooms. They are very loud and are disturbing to the rest of the house. Please do not use them late at night. The space works best for those who do not require privacy from each other.
Massage Therapy is available by appointment for a separate fee as part of your trip. I am a licensed MT, and have a room upstairs dedicated to my craft. Just let me know if you’d like a massage in your message upon booking the space, and we’ll see if we can make it work.

There are train tracks nearby and you will hear trains especially in the morning.
The shower dials are very sensitive so be careful changing the temperature.
This house has not been updated. It is an old house and has many quirks. It doesn’t have the sparkling look of a new place, however if you’re looking for charm, this is your spot.
