This brick duplex is located in New Town Historic District. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, and the American Shakespeare Center. This is a one bedroom one bath bottom residence. Amenities include a full kitchen and bathroom, washer/dryer, and wifi/HBO/Netflix/AmazonPrime (shows and movies). Wither touring the area, traveling for business, on vacation, visiting family/friends, or just passing through this is a pleasant place to kick back and relax.

A futon is available in the living room to accommodate separate sleeping arrangements or a third person. Sheets and bedding for the futon can be available if requested.

This apartment is in an older house. The all original wooden floors are squeeky. Radiators provide comfortable heating, and window units provide AC. The layout of the house does not allow for the bathroom to be right next to the bedroom. :)
