Having recently renovated the upper level of my home with new beds and furniture guests have their own private access with stunning views to the ocean. There is currently 1x queen bed and 1x king single bed
Kitchenette, bathroom , living room,2 bedrooms and the deck which faces north east which captures the view and sunshine.

As I have had 3 guests book and smuggled in other people. A surcharge of $150 per head per night for extra people will be charged to the guest booking. Hopefully this might solve a few problems !
