Welcome to my Cambridge home with the vibe of Havana! I'd love to share my sunny, professionally-designed 1 bed/1 bath with you. Please note that I do live here full-time, so please treat it with kind and respect, as I would for you and yours.
With a walking score of 93, we're in a bustling neighborhood of great restaurants, coffee shops, craft beer pubs, and supermarkets. You can access Boston from Lechmere (Green), or Harvard Sq via the 69 bus, or bike/walk to Kendall Sq and Central Sq (Red).
房源空間 Ok, so here we go. +Top floor apartment with views of the Prudential and beautiful sunsets (gotta walk up 4 floors to get to it, unfortunately no elevators. Some have commented that at least one of the staircases is a little narrow. It's worth it.) +You got the entire place to yourself! +In-unit laundry +Super fast WiFi (Starry is awesome) +Cozy at 500 sq ft. No, wait, excuse me. 505. :) +Lots of sunshine +Super comfy queen sized bed with fluffy down comforter +TV in the bedroom for maximum comfy movie time! +Board games - I got lots of 'em! +As I said earlier, I live here full-time. So I have all the proper utensils, appliances, etc. should you need them. +Backyard with beautiful garden is shared with the other units, and the kitchen has views of it, as well as views of the Prudential and John Hancock which is really peaceful to look at while drinking a cup of coffee +The neighbors are great. I'm friendly with all of them, so I would like for you to please be courteous. Please respect the quiet hours of the condo association (10PM - 8AM) +Legally registered as a short-term rental (my Registration number is STR-54029)
+Across the street is the public library, which I love to go and read or do work +Right outside is a Little Free Library book exchange. It's an adorable place where you can take and leave books. Feel free to grab some or leave some! +A few doors down is a bakery with the most amazing Portuguese bread I have ever tasted. I get some once a week. +A few blocks down is a local butcher shop where I get fresh eggs and meats. If there are some in the fridge during your stay, you're more than welcome to them! +There's a park and community pool across the street, which is fun in the summers to watch people play softball, or sit on the grass and read a book +One of my favorite places to eat is Puritan & Company, which serves a modern twist to traditional New England cuisine +If you're craving Tacos, there is a fab spot called the Lone Star Taco Bar. 4.5 stars, almost 900 reviews. Just saying. +Usually known for their live music, or just a casual drink at a local bar to unwind, but Atwood's Tavern is still a fun place to check out, especially their burger bar! +I'm a 10 minute walk from the local Cinema +I can literally walk to Target, Rite Aid, and Star Market, which is about 95% of my purchasing needs. If you need a reusable bag, I have tons of those for you to borrow (Cambridge has a plastic bag ban, but you can purchase reusable ones at check-out)
