Le nostre ampie e fresche camere da letto, situate in una vera e propria oasi di pace, sono dotate ciascuna di bagno privato con ingresso indipendente. L’arredamento è funzionale, confortevole e curato. Ciascuna stanza è dotata di biancheria e televisore. Gli ospiti, inoltre, in un ambiente comune, avranno a disposizione un frigorifero, una macchina per l’espresso, un tostapane, un bollitore e l’occorrente per la prima colazione. A disposizione degli ospiti c’è anche “La Cantinella”, ambiente situato in giardino, attrezzato con cucina, frigorifero, tavoli (interni ed esterni) e barbecue : qui gli ospiti potranno godersi un pasto con una bellissima vista in totale relax e tranquillità.
La villa, sebbene situata in collina, in una zona estremamente tranquilla e panoramica, si trova a circa quindici minuti a piedi dal centro dove vi sono spiagge, il porto turistico di Casamicciola Terme, chiese, centri termali, shopping e tutti i collegamenti per raggiungere le località dell’Isola d’Ischia e gli imbarchi per la terraferma. La villa è dotata di parcheggio interno per auto e moto. Inoltre è possibile usufruire del giardino che circonda l’intera villa, dotato di zone d’ombra attrezzate per rilassarsi o per consumare una colazione con una fantastica vista mare, e della piccola piscina a completa disposizione degli ospiti.

Our wide and cool bedrooms, situated in an oasis of peace, are equipped with private bathrooms and can be also be rented as single units. The furniture is functional, spacious and comfortable. Each room is equipped with sheets and television. Furthermore in the common area, available for all guests, there are a fridge, a toaster, an espresso machine, cattle and everything you need for breakfast. The guests can also use "La Cantinella", an indoor place located in the garden, furnished with a cooker, a fridge, a barbecue and tables (inside and outside) : you will enjoy your meals in relax with a wonderful view. Despite the Villa is located on a hill in fifteen minutes walk you can reach the centre of Casamicciola Terme, with beaches, the marina, churches, thermal centers, shopping and buses to reach any place in the island and sailings to the mainland. The Villa has a car park. Moreover it's possible to use the garden that surrounds the Villa and guests can stay in the shade or swim in the little pool to relax or have breakfast enjoying an amazing seaview.
