Boasting 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas and large outdoor spaces, relax in comfort with your family/friends or find a quiet corner to recharge yourself.
The front beach (with its shops and cafes) and the back beach are an easy stroll in either direction.

Oversized gourmet kitchen/dining/living room with impressive cathedral ceiling and rowboat light fitting, complemented by a wall of sliding doors which offer access to the rear deck and large landscaped garden.
Kitchen benefits from European appliances, stone bench-tops, a range oven, Nespresso coffee machine, Dualit toaster and plenty of space to prepare the ultimate feast.
Laundry includes top of the range 8kg washing machine, 7kg condenser tumble dryer. and complimentary washing powder and fabric conditioner.
Dining area includes an oversized 3m long teak dining table with space for 12-14 diners beneath a capsized rowboat light fixture.
Living area boasts ample seating, smart TV and a huge coffee table for games and bottles of wine.
Separate rumpus room offers a retreat with a second television and plenty of space for board games and activities for the kids.
BEDROOMS
All bedding, towels (other than beach-towels), bath-mats and tea-towels are provided (freshly laundered), and all beds (with feather/down pillows and duvets) will be made in readiness for your arrival.
Master suite (upstairs) - king size four-poster bed, BIR, ensuite with walk-in shower and double vanity, balcony access through French doors.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - queen size bed, BIR and balcony access through French doors.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - queen size bed, BIR and balcony access through French doors.
Bedroom 4 (upstairs) - 4 bunk beds and BIR.
Bedroom 5 (downstairs) - double bed.
BATHROOMS
Family bathroom features a free-standing bath, vanity, shower with niche and WC (upstairs).
Ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower with niche, double-vanity and WC (upstairs).
Shower room features a walk-in shower, vanity and WC.
OUTDOORS
Rear landscaped garden with al fresco dining area and gas BBQ. Plenty of space for kids to play.
Each of the 3 front-facing upstairs bedrooms has French doors with direct access to the secluded balcony; ideal for your morning coffee, a book and a quiet glass/bottle of wine.

COVID refund policy
If the Victorian Government prohibits staying in holiday accommodation for the dates you have booked, we will issue you a full refund of any fees that we would otherwise be entitled to. Any questions, let us know :)

Turn left out the front door and head straight down the road to the ocean beach for the surfers and those wanting waves.
Turn right out the front door and head straight down the road to the bay beach for calm beaches perfect for relaxing.
The fabulous Blairgowrie Village is also a straight walk down towards the bay.
The shopping precinct includes: an IGA for groceries, multiple cafes (including a vegan one), Fish and Chips, Bakery, Butcher, Pizza Store, Post Office and general stores to name a few! It pretty much has everything you could need!
We are also ideally located for things further afield:
Sorrento Searoad Ferry - 5km
Sorrento Main Street - 4.5km
Peninsula Hot Springs - 10 km
Dunes Golf Links - 7km
