Semi tiny house with brand new construction. This one bedroom house is secluded but close to many attractions. Only 8 miles (approximately 15 minutes) to downtown Hendersonville, 13 miles (approximately 25 minutes) to chimney rock and lake lure, and 18 miles (approximately 30 minutes) to downtown Asheville.

The house is on a dirt road approximately 1/4 of a mile from the paved road. There are houses spread out along the way. It’s on 5 acres of land which is mostly woods. Our house is next door. It’s quiet and secluded but not too far from everything you need!
