Modern and spacious new open plan penthouse apartment. It has spectacular views over town, the ocean and entire bay, from the Keurbooms lagoon mouth to Robberg.
We are in central town of Plettenberg Bay, just off the main road. Near shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The inside building is private and secure, with electric motor gate and parking.

The penthouse has excellent furnishing and linen. The bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with double shower, double basins and a bath.
Featuring an open plan lounge with a double bed sofa couch, and there is another bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The entertainment areas are private and spacious, ideal for entertaining. It features a beautiful kitchen with modern appliances - gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
The dining room is spacious and open plan.
It has a large outside covered patio for relaxation and spending time overlooking the ocean and mountains. There is a built-in wood fire barbecue, a large patio table, chairs and sun chairs.

- Some street noise is unfortunately unavoidable. Possible late opening bars in the area on weekends. We have very good glazing installed which cuts out majority sound.
- Towels and beach towels are provided.
- Linen is changed every 5 days. Extra linen will be available.
- a Housekeeper (cleaner) is available upon request at an extra charge.

Fun, close to restaurants, lots of energy! You can be wherever you want in 5 to 10 minutes walking.
It’s very safe and you can enjoy the variation of great restaurants. As the apartment is so centrally located, some street noise is unfortunately unavoidable. Possible late opening bars in the area on weekends. We have very good glazing installed which cuts out majority sound.
Central beach is only a 5 minute drive and is accessible by foot should you wish to walk there.
