The beach house is located 30 minute walk from the center of town. We are a 10 minute drive from town and you will need a high clearance to get your own vehicle to the house.
We can pick you up from town with our truck or ATV for a small fee.
We are located on the quietest most beautiful beach in El Tránsito with stunning rarely visited tide pools just feet from the property.

My wife (Jenn) and I love to travel. We have had many guests from all over the world stay at our place in downtown Denver and now have opened up our dream lodge on the beach in Nicaragua. We take great pride in making sure our guests have everything they need and experience Nicaragua in an amazing way. Before moving to Nicaragua we were both public school teachers in Denver *(Spanish and Art) We love music, the mountains, and meeting new folks. My wife Jennifer and our 1 year old James live in one of the 6 bedrooms in the lodge. We are bilingual and like to meet guests but also are happy to give guests space and keep to ourselves.
Our caretaker Emir and housekeeper Fran live in their own house on the top of the hill on the property. They are the nicest people you will ever meet.
