Designated parking space in front of steps [ you will find a parking pass on the dining table.]Two bedroom, two bath, spacious condo. Ocean view from east deck, outdoor pool. This condo is perfect for couples, families, or girls get away. A short walk to the beach (500 steps approximately from door to ocean, no road to cross)

We have a king size bed in master, 2 twins in guest bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper and a pack and play if needed. Our kitchen is fully equipped, all linens are provided. We have a W/D , 3 TVs, DVD player, WIFI in condo and at pool. We have beach toys, games and DVDs. We are in walking distance to restaurants and shops. 20 minutes to Pensacola Air Museum [home of Blue Angels] close to State Park with miles of hiking and biking trails.

Our check in is after 3 p.m. but you do not have to worry if you arrive later since access is by keys that are in a lock box on front door. You will be given the code ahead of your arrival. Check out is at 11 a.m. We are just a phone call away if you have any needs or questions.

In 2021 construction work is taking place on the south end of our property. Our pool and beach access will be blocked for this summer. Beach access will be through our neighbors property or you can drive 4 min. east to Gulf State Park - Florida Point (they also have public restrooms)
