Stunning and fascinating castle immersed in the Cinque Terre national park with a breathtaking view of the sea, located less than 15 km from Portovenere considered one of the most beautiful villages in the world. Here you are in a magical, enchanted place, which, given its characteristics, will offer you a unique and unforgettable holiday. All around more than 20 hectares of terraced land cultivated with vineyards and olive groves that descend to the sea bringing you up to a small pebble beach reachable on foot via a small trekking path of about 1 km. A corner of paradise that will enchant even the most demanding observer: a few steps from home you will be on the A1 Appennino Ligure trail that connects the region with Tuscany and France, but not only ... The villages of Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manorola and Riomaggiore can be easily visited by boat from Portovenere, which together with Palmaria have also been recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. An hour and a half by car, on one side, is Genoa with its historic center and the largest aquarium in Europe and, on the other side, the Versilia coast with the famous Forte dei Marmi passing near the Lunigiana, "the valley of the Hundred castles". One side of the house, on the ground floor, is occasionally used by the owner for the care of the surrounding land and for the production of oil and a fine Cinque Terre wine (available for purchase on site). The property is reached via 1.3 km of unpaved road with 120 m difference of altitude, passable only bu an all-terrain vehicle. Arrival is possible between 5 pm - 8 pm only.
