Villa Irina is a characteristic independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

Villa Irina is a characteristic independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Villa Irina you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of Positano. Villa Irina is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the seventeenth-century historic center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will reach Villa Irina from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 110 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Irina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved). Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of Positano.
Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate three guests. The kitchen is also equipped with an Ethernet plug for broadband Internet connection (don't forget your cable!). From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
The furnishings of the bedroom are elegant and bright. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
