ROSENGARTEN HOUSE is situated in downtown Raleigh's old east-side neighborhood recently designated 'Thompson-Hunter' and is only 1 block from the 'Moore Square' district: This is a wonderful culturally diverse area undergoing revitalization. RH is right on the edge of a vibrant central downtown that features music festivals, parties, parades & concerts that often can be heard in the distance from the front porch swing. This home is close enough to the hustle of central downtown to feel like a part of it all, and yet it is just far enough away to offer a quiet respite for the weary.
