This is a 520 sq ft suite on the 32nd floor of the MGM Signature (Tower B). A balcony is included. This is my personal condo, so the pictures are of my actual unit. If you read the reviews from guests who've stayed at my place you'll see that the views of the Strip are pretty incredible.

This place is great! It’s set just a little bit off the hustle and bustle of the strip but is still an extremely convenient location. Clean, comfortable and the view was great. We truly enjoyed every minute.

Great Location. Easy check-in and check-out. World class restaurants and entertainment downstairs. Awesome view of Las Vegas. Our stay was fantastic!

This place was perfect!! Awesome location, and being a penthouse up on the 32nd floor gave an excellent view! Matt’s place was sparkling clean, and the check in/check out process was so so simple!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Great location and view from the balcony was spectacular. Centrally located and staff at MGM Signature Suites were very accommodating. Never had to wait for an Uber, usually took 2-3 minutes to get a ride and the walk down S Las Vegas Blvd is easy from this location. Would…
