Situated on the paradisiac Carneiros Beach, the Carneiros Beach Resort has an excellent infrastructure with a complete leisure area, composed of: several outdoor pool blades, hot tubs, playground, games room, sports courts and squash court. The Resort is near by supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, general shops, bars, restaurants, lodges, hotels and other resorts, always open to the general public. It is excellent for families, couples or large groups.

The apartment has 75.35 m2, is all decorated, has a large and cozy balcony, 2 bedrooms (1 suite), both composed with 1 Queen Size bed and 1 mattress (for use on the floor), both of the bathroons (suite and social) have electric shower with hot water. It has TV (living room), air conditioning (bedrooms and living room) and sofa bed (living room). In addition, it has a complete kitchen, all equipped (domestic appliances and appliances) and a dining table.
The church of São Benedito is 2.2 km away, marinas and many other places ideal for sightseeing, all always very close to the Resort. Guararapes International Airport is located 90 km from Carneiros Beach Resort. The city center of Recife is 110 km away. For added convenience, there is free on-site parking.

The Carneiros Beach Resort has a private parking, a children's playground, a water park (with several pools and hot tubs), a game room and parties, a squash court, a multi-sports court, a tennis court and a heliport. There is a daily functioning Restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner, regional food until 8:00 pm), pool bar (Drinks and Snacks until 5:00 pm) and a mini convenience store for emergencies with articles in general.

No additional charges for lodging. There are 3 weekly cleanings, in the case of weekly reservations, for the other reservations 1 cleaning is available for every 3 days. There is no additional cleaning fee charged, the amount is included in the daily rate. In the flat, we have available set of sheets for the beds, being a double set with sheet and pillow case (for the Queen Size bed). There are 8 pillows available in total. There is no bath set available (towels). Electric shower available. Wi-fi available to guests. Cot available upon request. The multi-sports courts and game room, run from 8 am to 10 pm, keys are available at the Resort concierge. Pool hours: 8am to 8pm.
Note: It is not allowed to use glass utensils in the immediate vicinity of the swimming pools. Violation subject to a fine of R $ 800.00, after a formal warning. Pool Bar Consumption is not required, it is allowed to bring drink and food to the pool tables. It is forbidden to sound loud at the edge of the pool, subject to fine, after warning. It is not allowed to hang bathing clothes, towels, etc. on the balcony railing. Available clothing clothesline, at the permitted height, which can be placed internally on the balcony to dry wet pieces. The use of bicycles, skates, skateboards and bicycles is restricted to the parking area. There is helipad at disposal. If it is necessary to schedule with the management of the Resort the landings and departures.
