Nuestra Casita lies in the heart of the small fishing village known as Asseradores. It's great for two couples or a small family that is looking for an authentic Nica experience. Close to all local dinning and 5 min from the beach. We also offer BOAT TOURS as well as other ADVENTURES including sunrise/sunset volcano hikes, surf lessons, authentic cooking lessons given by local chefs and more.

Beautiful lofted bedroom in entire home, nestled in the heart of Asseradores. This small fishing village has everything to love about Nica Life, charming residents, adorable farm animals, beautiful scenery and of course killer waves.
The house sits back from the street, just enough away from the action to relax. Surrounded by luscious food gardens and hammocks perfect for afternoon siestas under the coconut trees.
There is a king sized bed as well as a sofa bed, and a double bed upon request (depending on number of guests)
The house features air conditioning, it's own artesian well, shower rain shower head style surround by rocks we picked up from the local beach, spacious high ceilings, dinning table for six, rocking chairs, hammocks and a beautiful view.

ORGANIC GARDENS You will find food growing everywhere on the property. Please be respectful of this by NOT smoking or using harmful chemicals around the precious and living sustaining plants. We are very excited to announce that we are using completely organic growing practices here. We have had a lot of fun experimenting and dealing with the challenges remote living has presented in terms of our organic cultivation goals. If this is your area, we are always more than happy to hear advice and ideas from our guests and love to collaborate. We are always learning and just want to give these little guys the best chance they have to be fruitful, happy plants! We are also more than willing to work out trades in this area as a fresh perspective is truly invaluable. Please contact me if this is something you are interested in.

Drew’s home is located in Aserradores, Departamento de Chinandega, Nicaragua.
EVERYTHING!
The locals are wonderful, the scenery is unbeatable, the wave is killer, quiet, secluded and everything you need to relax and reset.
Please do visit Pedro's great breakfast and smoothies as well as coffee! And Tanya's Fritanga two properties down on the same side of the street. She has wonderful local food for a great local price.
Currently the local method of dealing with trash in the area is to burn it which causes a myriad of health and environmental issues. I hope to help preserve the beauty of the area by addressing this issue but in the mean time have developed a system of dealing with my trash that although it is complicated helps to deal with trash properly. There are signs in the house as well as an explanation in the house guide but if you have any questions please ask! We are happy to help!
