Our house is located in the village of Ancient Sperlonga, near the Augusto cinema. It is on the third floor of an ancient building. It has a large living area with fireplace, dining table, sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom and an attic with beds. The cost of the rent includes private parking

The house is inhabited by my family at certain times of the year. Then you will find an equipped kitchen, linen and bathroom utilities will be provided

Our house can accommodate up to 4 adults. It is not suitable for children until 4y due to the staircase leading to the attic. In addition to the double bed there are two single beds and a single sofa bed, so it can accommodate up to 6 people if there are at least 2 children

House rules will be shown at check-in
The main power switches are located on the landing and behind the front door. The water switch is located under the bathroom sink. The water heater switch on the kitchen wall. The gas switch must be closed after each use. The furniture is modern and should be used gently. The fireplace is available to guests. The front door must always be locked when leaving. The entrance door must always be locked leaving and entering. It is important not to disturb people in the building. Care must be taken to climb and descend the 11 steps of the internal staircase. Air conditioning can be used hot or cold. The electric radiator should not be covered when it is on. Do not lean on the balustrade of the loft. The window facing the sea must be closed in case of bad weather. The bathroom window should always be left open
