Stroll to cafes, restaurants, botanic gardens (Tanks Arts Centre), walking tracks, convenience store, bottle shop, bakery. Bus stops right outside and less than 10 mins drive to Cairns CBD, 5 minutes to Airport, easy drive to Northern beaches.

The villa sits alongside our home, is very private with its own patio.
It comes equipped with Smart TV, gas BBQ, a kitchen with portable inverter cook-top and microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine and full size fridge/freezer.... and those important items to kick-start your day..... tea, coffee pods, juice, milk, cereal. Also included are those little necessities such as shampoo, body wash, dishwashing and laundry detergent. Separate bathroom, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. All linen is supplied with extras if required.

Guests have access to their own private area which is fully fenced off from our property as we have two family friendly dogs. We ask that the gate between the two properties is kept closed at all times for both your own comfort and to ensure the dogs are enclosed in their own area at the rear of the property.
