Surrounded by wonderful vineyards and olive groves, our house is situated in a well-located area, just in the middle of green Umbria: Todi, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Bevagna, Spoleto are few kms away from us. We will be pleased to show you the way.

Our house is composed by a ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room and a bathroom with a laundry machine. On the second floor you will find three double and/or twin rooms and a bathroom. All around the house a wonderful garden for barbecuing, dining al fresco and chilling under the Italian sun.

Our guests will have access to the entire house, apart from the garret (third floor) and the utility room (second floor) for personnel only.
