Situated 20 minutes from Hobart, this spacious little studio offers a comfortable stay away from the city life. The studio is offset to the side of the house, but still remains private and with the freedom to come and go as you please.
We live on 12 acres of beautiful Huon Valley property and are 10 minutes to the heart of the Huon Valley which boasts Willie Smith Cider house and Home Hill Winery. We live a quiet life on our lovely hobby farm with cattle, roaming chickens, ducks and dogs.

Private self contained studio complete with a queen bed, dining area, kitchennette, fridge, lounge, shower, toilet and wood heater.
There is also a pull out single bed for a third guest if required. There is plentiful wood included to keep you warm on those cold Tasmanian nights. Wifi is accessible however it can be undependable at times. A book depository is located within the studio for anyone who loves to read, you are welcome to help yourself and take them with you on your travels.

Most of the animals on our property roam free. The chickens and ducks can be seen relaxing and venturing around all corners of the property. They’re used to human interaction and are very friendly. Our miniature cows are also very approachable and often will try to approach you. Although they are fenced within a separate paddock , you can still try interacting with them at the fence line.
Wild peahens and peacocks occasional wander onto the property and there is an abundance of wallaby activity at night.
We have two female german shepherd crosses that are very affectionate and adore human attention.

A scenic 20 minute drive south from Hobart. Lower Longley is situated within the Huon Valley and is home to beautiful mountain views, bush walking and friendly neighbors . Kingston is within a 15 minute drive and we are just 10 minutes from Huonville.

Always contactable via phone or email. We have a young family, farm and also work which can occupy a lot of our time. If we are unable to greet you on arrival or departure, we can arrange collection/drop off of keys on the property.
