The main house has 3 rooms for $ 250 per night each or the little casita that has 2 bedrooms, a futon, a kitchen and living room for $300. Villa Angie has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a huge kitchen , living room with sofa camas. The Studio has a queen bed and sofa cama for only $150. per night.
The property is very private and secured by cameras and dogs.

This amazing property is located directly on the Pacific beach surrounded by an amazing garden. There are 2 little houses and a studio for rent. The main house only has 3 bedrooms and is mainly used as a social area for the pool and the beachfront.

You will have access to the whole property including 2 spectacular kitchens that are fully stocked. There are 2 bbqs located on the main deck accessing the beach!

Tennis packages are available upon demand. weekly packages include 2 hours of private lessons and also children lessons at a club nearby. For more information please contact me. Paddle boarding and kitesurfing lessons are also available.

The neighborhood is a quaint fishing village that you can walk over to in the morning and pick up your fresh catch of the day. The turtle sanctuary is located at a 15 minute walk away on the beach where they release turtles at dusk.

If you are not living on the edge you are taking up space!! Living in the now is where it s at!! I love dogs, nature and sports. I enjoy being a beach bum but also love to cook clean food and drink amazing wines!
