Quiet, cosy and comfortable apartment of 30m2 at the ground floor, composed by an open space that can be divided into two separate areas and a bathroom. Free wifi, air conditioning and windows in every room. Walking distance from Piazza Maggiore, University of Bologna and Ospedale Malpighi Sant’Orsola.
10 minutes by bus to and from the Central Train Station and Bologna Fiere.
We also provide free luggage storage for checkin / checkout in the same condominium of the Ninfee Studio.

Located in the heart of the city, in one of the most characteristic streets of Bologna, Le Ninfee holiday apartments is just 15 minutes walking from the railway station and it is a great choice for business travellers as well as for tourists interested in museums and culture.
A variety of shops, restaurants and cafes can be found in the area.
The property (30 m2) has been freshly renovated and it is set at the ground floor of a typical historical building. It is composed by a big open space (that can be divided into kitchen area and bedroom) and a bathroom. The living room is also equipped with a sofa that converts into a bed in case of need.
The house is 10 minutes walking from the Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore, 15 minutes walking from the main museums and 20 minutes by public transport to Bologna Fiere.

Ciao a tutti, mi chiamo Francesco e sono nato e cresciuto a Bologna. Sono Laureato in Fisica, in seguito ho avuto esperienze lavorative nel settore educativo e nella ristorazione. Sono appassionato di musica, soprattutto i cantautori bolognesi, amo la montagna dove mi piace fare prolungati trekking con lo zaino in spalla. Amo la mia città e per questo ho deciso di aprirla a turisti ed amici, e dato che vivo nello stesso palazzo delle Ninfee, e ora anche qui vicino, ricevo personalmente ogni ospite.
