This Texas-themed luxury lake house is tucked cozily away in a very private, gated Spicewood cul-de-sac. Explore the Colorado River on a kayak or enjoy stunning views from the hot tub on the back porch!
The living room boasts comfortable high-end furnishings, a 70-inch flat-screen TV, and huge windows with an impressive view of the lake. The sprawling deck is accessible from the living room and has comfortable outdoor furniture, a propane grill, and a new hot tub. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The large bedrooms are each fitted with two Queen beds and share a large full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a full size bathroom on the first level, along with a washer and dryer.
Come get away from it all and relax on the lake!

GuestSpaces is a full-service vacation rental management company with locations all around the Austin area. GuestSpaces was founded after unsuccessfully finding a vacation rental company capable of adequately managing our personal home. We found commission rates to be inflated & service to be sub-par. In many cases our home was never inspected by the management companies. As we successfully managed our own homes, word started to spread, and soon our friends and theirs were hiring us to manage their vacation rentals. And so our business began!
