The private space is situated upstairs in our residential home and is filled with gorgeous natural light, with a private balcony and views looking across the tree tops. Perfect for a couple seeking peace and quiet, sun and surf.

This light filled accommodation is located above our residential home, and is fully self contained. Very private and peaceful, located in a beautiful, quiet court. You share the same front door access, and once inside take stairs directly to the second level of the home. You have complete privacy of the second level, with your own private living space, kitchenette, bedroom, ensuite and balcony.

Spacious Outdoor Balcony which is very sheltered with BBQ

For those that wish for a quiet getaway, you can do as little or as much as you want. You will feel so relaxed in this private & peaceful apartment. Or if wanting to be more active, there is amazing bike tracks close by, capturing magnificent views of the beach and cliff face which continues onto Barwon Heads and beyond. (A must for the cyclists and walkers). Please feel free to borrow bikes we have here, and for those wanting to brave the waters make use of our Body board or surf board.
Historic Queescliff, Point Lonsdale, and Barwon Heads only a 10 minute drive. Beautiful wineries along the Bellarine Peninsula to discover.
