This is a vacation condo for travelers who like the comfort of having your own space to cook, relax or work, with an excellent location in a safe area in Los Cabos without having to spend huge amount of money! Feel yourself at your home away from home , as we say in Mexico "mi casa es tu casa". I love traveling and staying in Aibnb homes, so I know what most travelers are looking for.

Ideally located facing the Boulevard zone of San Jose del Cabo, very close to the public beach where you can walk every morning and watch sunrises or sunsets. Attractively renovated beach style, furnished with a fold out sofa bed in the living room with linens in the master room closet, tv with Netflix so you don't miss your TV shows, one bedroom with a king size bed with brand new linens, full kitchen, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker, pots and pans and utensils. The high ceilings make the space very fresh, wifi internet access. This condo has washer and dryer and beach accessories (2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 ice cooler and 4 beach towels) it has a good terrace to chill, read a book or have a glass of wine, there is a clean and quiet pool in the premises.

Completely private condo, only for you, nothing to share, except the relaxing pool area.
the condo is located on the third floor, there is a parking space for this unit right in front of the condo, every day there are gardeners taking care of the area and also the complex Manager lives in the premises to make sure everything is very well taken care.

I will answer you as soon as possible, there is a safe box outside the condo with a code (when your reservation is confirmed you will have the numbers) so you can check in/out yourself, usually I won't bother you at all.
