We would definitely stay at David's apartment for whenever we are in DTLA. The place is new, clean, excellent location (with Grocery outlet and Starbucks in the same bldg), and free parking! David is also very clear with checkin/checkout instructions, no problems at all. …

The Space was very cute, and very clean. it was perfect for our needs. If you plan on cooking while here, he does provide a pot and frying pan. Both are pretty small, but okay for just one or two people. The apartment is located in a good position to catch the LA Metro, and not…
