Two bedrooms, the main with an Ensuite Bathroom & queensize bed and large storage wardrobes, BR 2 has two single beds & a Wardrobe & is next to the second bathroom. The Feature of this apartment is the large heritage living area, comfy lounge chairs and a Sofa Couch/Bed a large screen TV, a dining room table for 5. The kitchen is compact but complete with dishwasher, Oven and Cook top, lots of pots and pans and all the plates and cutlery. 1 car park in the basement. Great Ocean Road - 25 Minutes

The Apartment is within the heritage protected building that was once the "Terminus Hotel" as such it has baltic pine floors and beautiful traditional sash windows. The corner window looking to the city is curved and quite a feature.

The apartment is located on the Second floor by elevator - but then there is 8 stairs down to the Apartment door, as a result it is not possible to access via wheel chair or if someone is frail.
We have another apt on level 1 that would suit that need better.
Note bookings for two people - that want 2 rooms must pay a linen fee $35 per stay to cover the extra linen, cleaning and cleaning of bathroom two

The City describes the area as "The Western Wedge" a poor name for the zone just to the west of the City center.
The Deakin University Waterfront Campus is only 300 metres along Brougham Street - opposite.
The Railway station to Melbourne is within sight, just 250 metres south.
The three Hospitals are either 10 - 15 minutes walking or a 3 or so minute drive, with St John of God closest and Geelong public and Geelong Private a few hundred metres further.
The Great Ocean Road begins about 25 minutes south near Torquay
