The Feature of this apartment is the large heritage living area, comfy lounge chairs and a Sofa Couch/Bed a large screen TV, a dining room table for 5. The kitchen is compact but complete with dishwasher, Oven and Cook top, lots of pots and pans and all the plates and cutlery. 1 car park in the basement. Great Ocean Road - 25 Minutes

The apartment is located on the Second floor by elevator - but then there is 8 stairs down to the Apartment door, as a result it is not possible to access via wheel chair or if someone is frail.
We have another apt on level 1 that would suit that need better.
Note bookings for two people - that want 2 rooms must pay a linen fee $35 per stay to cover the extra linen, cleaning and cleaning of bathroom two

The Deakin University Waterfront Campus is only 300 metres along Brougham Street - opposite.
The Railway station to Melbourne is within sight, just 250 metres south.
The three Hospitals are either 10 - 15 minutes walking or a 3 or so minute drive, with St John of God closest and Geelong public and Geelong Private a few hundred metres further.
