Welcome to Casa Madera Vieja. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this house offers comfort and seclusion near great surf and endless adventure. Enjoy the infinity pool looking over Nicaragua's beautiful and secluded North Coast, open common spaces, and large bedrooms with sitting space to work and relax.
Just a five minute walk to the ocean, with a gently sloping beach, offers great kid-friendly swimming and boogie boarding and beginner/moderate level surfing.

Casa Madera Vieja offers 3 bedrooms with private bathroom and hot water, 2 of the bedrooms with a king size bed and the third bedroom with a queen bed and two single. In total 8 people can enjoy this unique and peaceful place on earth.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge, stove, coffee maker, blender.
Enjoy some relaxing ours on the Deck and refresh yourself with a swim in the wonderful pool.

Check with host if you’re interested in adding extra guests. Extra guests won’t be accepted without prior authorization and additional charge.
The house provides 40 kwh daily, if the client exceeds that daily amount the client commits to pay $0.50 dollars per Kwh. The caretaker will take a picture of the electric meter before and after you arrive.
For Holidays there's a minimum of 04 nights, always. (Holy Week, Christmas, New Years Eve)
