This beautiful villa is located in the city center ,just ten minutes slow walking from Old Town but at the same time it is situated just in front if it so the view on the ancient Old Town is just perfect.The sea is just 2 minutes slow walking from the villa and the view includes also beautiful sea and mountain scenary.
The pool is big enough and reserved only for the guests coming to the Villa.
Villa Splendour has 300 m2.On the ground floor is a vintage eating and resting area set up just for guests,designed in a rustic style and perfect for having meals with friends while enjoying the private pool which is just in front.There is a toilet on the ground floor inside of the reastaurant.
On the first floor there is one bedroom with matrimonial king bed and private bathroom,kitchen,living room with fireplace ,dining area and additional toilet.On the first floor there is a 35 m2 terrace with splendour view on the town ,sea and mountains.
The second floor contains aditional three bedrooms and a bathroom with hot tub.
All the bedrooms have exit to the other 35 m2 terrace which has even better breathtaking view on the bay ,Old town and beautiful mountains.
There is a private parking placd in front if the villa and steong wi fi connection in the hole property .Satelite and cable channel can be watched from the lcd screen in the living room.

The villa is in a calm neighborhood ,just 10 minutes slow walking fropm the Old Town,2 minutes walking from the sea .The bus station is 10 min walking from the apartment and the nearest supermarket is just 2 minutes away by foot.
