Surfbreak B&B, built in 2017, has modern rooms with private tiled bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and small refrigerators. A block and a half from the ocean, you are just steps from a renowned year-round surf break. We are located in the fishing village of El Transito, 35 miles from Managua. Our beach front restaurant, Olas Clandestinas, provides guests with great meals, drinks and a place to hang out on the beach with free wifi. We are a site for the National Surf Circuit of Nica.

The guest room is located on the second floor of the B&B, with views of the sea from the roof deck which is accessible to guests. guests may order from our a la carte breakfast menu. At night, the roof deck is a great place for stargazing or practice yoga. A uniquely designed building that takes full advantage of the views and the tropical breezes. The materials used throughout the house are locally-sourced. We used local labor for the construction of the building. We are committed to improving the economy and the lives of the people of El Transito. All our workers are local residents.

Guests have access to the balcony area in front of their rooms and to the roof deck. Guests may also use the wifi service located in our beachfront restaurant, Olas Clandestinas.

El Transito is a small fishing village that is not commercialized and it has been a hidden vacation spot for Nicaraguans. A safe village surrounded by a mix of vacation homes and local residences. A must go place for the surfing enthusiast and a quiet getaway from the regular tourist spot. In 2016, we opened the first restaurant in El Transito, Olas Clandestinas.
