My home comes with entertainment sources in every room, which you have access to. Live cable tv in the private room, living room, basement and kitchen. Laundry machines also provided!
My home is close to downtown Wilmington. It’s 1.7 miles away from the Wilmington Train Station. 20 miles from Philadelphia International Airport.

A nice flat screen TV which is cable ready, with access to Netflix.
Nice size closet with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself feel at home.
The full bathroom is right outside of the room, with laundry machines straight up the hall.

Kitchen - nice large kitchen with plenty of space to fulfill your cooking needs. Plenty of counter space. Pots, pans, silverware & dishes all provided. Microwave available. TV in kitchen so you can watch your favorite show as you prepare and/or eat your meal.
Living Room - lounging area with a larger TV if you would like to simply get outside of the private room. There’s a half bathroom that’s right off the living room.
Laundry - you’re more than welcome to use my washer and dryer, however, you must provide your own laundry detergents.

Parking varies depending on the duration of your stay and whether it’s a weekday or weekend.
Parking suggestions will either be in my driveway, on my sidewalk in front of my house or on the street in back of my house.
Once I receive the booking details, I’ll let you know the best parking suggestion.
