Great location

Very cozy comfortable apartment, located with lot of highly rated restaurants at a walking distance, visited during a cold week in NY, place is nice and warm for pleasant night sleep.

Cute, safe, and excellent location. Jeff was easy to work around my schedule for check in. Bonus if you are a heavy sleeper or love karaoke as the bar downstairs is noticable but not as bad as I feared. The location really can't be beat!

Jeff’s place has a great location and was exactly what we were looking for. Jeff was extremely helpful and accommodating also.
