Our entire home consists of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - 2 large living areas - 2 large kitchen areas, 1 laundry and 1 upper deck area
Perfect for 2 families coming for a holiday together, but still want their own space
Our home is 2km from the Fairmont Hot Springs resort - where the natural hot spring pools are located.

You have access to the entire house.. one hidebed is located in each living room... the grey couch upstairs and the brown couch downstairs are both pull outs... we have a small separate suite under the garage that we stay in when home. But that is completely separate from the house and private for us and our guests.

HOT TUB ACCESS and damage deposit required - $250
U will be required to etransfer these funds on the day of arrival if you want the hot tub unlocked and available for your use.
If there is no sign of neglect, glass food abuse that would require us draining all the water upon checkout I will refund the DD 1 day after checkout.

We DO NOT welcome Pets of any kind.. also we do not welcome fireworks so please take them else where as we are a small community and do not want to draw attention to our home as a party house.
Also we ask that if anyone smokes in your group they make sure doors are closed and they stand well away from the house as we do not like the smell of smoke.. or cannabis
Please do not move our furniture / mirrors and things about the house.. we appreciate showing up to our house in order..

Our home is located close to the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort which have the largest natural mineral pools in North America.- we are also right off the Kootenay highway - please see attached map in photos.
The Columbia River is 20 metres from the house - floating devices can be rented at the Car Wash up near the Gas Station in Fairmont.
Riverside and Mountainside Golf Course 2 min
Fairmont Ski hill - 10min
Panorama ski hill - 40min
Kimberley ski hill - 1hour
Kicking horse ski hill - 1.5hr
Fairmont is the perfect place centered between both north and south ski hills for day trips and also an incredible amount of Golf Courses north and south or right in town! Thanks

We are a young married couple - My name is Anna - I am Aussie & My husband James is Canadian, we also have a little 1 year old beautiful boy... we live in Fairmont Year round, this is our full time home that we built 10 years ago specifically to do vacation rentals for busy times of the year... We vacate the main home when there is a rental and we have a self contained suite under our garage we enjoy while we have guests, giving everyone the most privacy possible. We both love to travel & outdoors and on weekends we are usually camping or fishing somewhere, we are happy to share with you any additional information you would like to know about the area as we have both lived here for 14 years. If we don't meet up on arrival - you are welcome to text us throughout your stay at anytime. We always try to create the absolute maximum privacy possible for our renters. We enjoy welcoming guests into our home that appreciate a clean space! We take pride in our home and we have had so many guests enjoy and respect our home in past years and we look forward to many more thanks to Airbnb.

We have a suite under the garage separate from the house we may or may not be around when u stay but are always available via cell phone with any questions and there will be always someone that will be available in person if need be
