Large loft located in the Grand Central/Warehouse Arts District. There are a lot of great restaurants, bars, breweries, art galleries, boutique and antique stores all within walking distance. You can walk to everything and the buses are really close and convenient. This is a craft beer lover's dream. There are 6 breweries within blocks. The best coffee shop (Bandit Coffee) in St Pete is only two blocks away, as well.

This is a large loft with a separate sunroom and great patio/deck. Really close to everything. Large king size bed and comfy leather love seat. Small kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, cooking oil and basic supplies. Convection toaster oven, single burner induction stove-top, microwave, refrigerator, blender and Pur filtered water dispenser. French press coffee maker and electric tea kettle. I roast my own coffee, so let me know if you're a coffee person. Central air conditioning and heating with an additional window A/C unit. High speed WiFi internet and a large flat screen smart TV with cable TV.

This is a great area. In addition to great bars and restaurants, there are a lot of art galleries, antique stores and boutique shops all around. As St Petersburg is growing and really becoming a travel destination, this area is really changing fast and has a lot to offer. Only a few minutes to the heart of downtown, Tropicana Field and the Dali Museum, not to mention beautiful beaches are 15 minutes away.
