I am blessed to be surrounded by pasture with an easy trip down paved roads to town. A favorite guest feature is the quiet, secluded environment with quick, convenient access to all the commercial areas in Kearney. Cottonmill Park is a five minute drive with fishing, paddle boating, picnic areas, and one of the trail heads for the Kearney Hike and Bike Trail.
