* If you are looking for a CHEAP, WALKING DISTANCE to Professional Regulation Commission (PRC, Main branch) and University Belt (FEU, UST, UE, SSC, CEU) and wants a safe place to stay in Manila without thinking the hassles cause by traffic, then our room may be the best place for you.
* We have had recent reviewees who stayed in our rooms that passed medicine licensure and accountancy so why not try to stay in one of our rooms, this might be your lucky chance to pass too.
* Our place is cheap because it is just a FAN room and can only accommodate up to 2 persons only. It is clean enough and up to a standard.
* It is located in a busy residential part of University Belt in Sampaloc but if you are expecting a 5* location & service then certainly, our house is not for you.
* It is a 2 storey house and the room is situated at the ground floor of our property.
* We do not have an on site car parking but there are paid car parking around the areas.
* This room is available for short or long term rent with some discount price depending on how many are staying and if you are planning to take a long term rent. We are flexible with our terms and conditions, please message me anytime for your queries.

A complimentary Wifi is accessible for the guests.
There is a shared kitchen, shared shower room/toilet and lanai where you can accept visitors. The house does have a gate and guests will be given a set of keys to use whilst staying in.
For a long stay, you are allowed to wash and dry your clothes.
You can relax upstairs in our rooftop while getting a signal from your phone whether your a Globe, Smart or other network subscriber.

Our house is just right next to Far Eastern University, a 5 mins walking distance to Professional Regulation Commission and to many different review and training centres and 20 mins walk to famous universities such as UST, UE, SSC, CEU and more. It is the residential area which is surrounded with lots of restaurants, laundry, computer shops, wet markets, malls, hospital, church and also very accessible with regards to transportation.
Our house is just right next to Far Eastern University, a 5 mins walking distance to Professional Regulation Commission and to many different review and training centres and 20 mins walk to famous universities…
