It has a lovely private rear courtyard and is easy walking distance to the Swan River, the renowned Eighth Avenue Cafe strip in Maylands, the Maylands Train Station and has a bus stop less than 50m away, with busses to and from the city. There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the bedroom and there is parking for one or two cars right beside the entrance to the villa. Unlike most other 1 or 2 bed units in Maylands you have your own private entrance to a single storey, funky place with a great feel, and you're not stuck in a high rise with 50 neighbors and a tiny balcony! However, being a strata villa, you do have a couple of common walls and being a street corner, you will have some traffic noise during the day, but it's generally very quiet at night and the insulation in the walls makes the large bedroom very quiet to sleep in with the door closed, even during the day.
