This apartment is new to AirBnB and has just undergone a big remodel! Come and enjoy your mountain get-a-way in this cozy 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment is 1 block from downtown Chimney Rock Village. Recent renovations include granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, new windows, new bath and fresh paint throughout. There is a toasty warm gas fireplace for those cool spring, fall and winter days. Sit on the deck and enjoy the sound of the Rocky Broad River across the street.

We have super-duper fast internet for seamless streaming and WIFI calling to enhance your cellular reception. TV entertainment is a Rocku TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and other TV apps, a DVR and a selection of DVD’s.
We have furnished the apartment with comfy, cozy furnishings to make you feel at home. Previous guests have mentioned how well stocked the kitchen is.

Guests access is the entire upstairs apartment and deck. There is a firepit in the yard for you to enjoy.

We do not charge a cleaning fee like most places in our area. We have done this with our other property and guest love it! In exchange for not charging a cleaning fee we ask our guest to leave the apartment neat and clean. That means load all dishes in the dishwasher and start it, place all garbage in waste baskets and trash cans. Start at least one load of laundry. One load in the laundry and one in the washer would be awesome.

Our street is awesome! You arrive via a one lane metal bridge that leads to a one lane road. fo charming houses. Chimney Rock State Park is literally in our back yard! You can walk to Chimney Rock Village from our house and also the Flower Bridge, Marina, and Morse Park is about a mile away and is walkable.

Chuck worked 23.5 years in the airline business and took early retirement. John worked as a plant manager for a chemical and dye processor for 12 years. We left Charlotte and now live in Chimney Rock where we manage a small hotel and have a lawn care business. Throughout our travels we have met lots of great people, we look forward to meeting many more through AirBnB! We love where we live and look forward to sharing this beautiful place with you!
