Towns, just ten miles away are Lisdoonvarna, famous for the September matchmaking festival, Kilfenora home of the Burren centre, Miltown Malbay renowned for the July Willie Clancy music school. For golfers locally we have Spanish Point,Trump International and Lahinch golf clubs.For surfers we have Spanish Point, Doughmore and Lahinch just two miles away

Ennistymon is a beautiful market town with lots of good shops, and has a vibrant art community with studios open all year round. There are plenty of tea rooms and restaurants and of course the Falls Hotel and leisure centre is worth a visit. The town has a wide variety of pubs to cater for all tastes. Eugene's Bar in the centre of the town is probably the most unique pub in Ireland.

Hi Phil here. I like walking on the Burren, especially the walk from Doolin to the Cliffs of Moher and the walks around Holywell in the heart of the Burren. I like cooking and entertaining with friends and family. I enjoy going out to dine in the local pubs and restaurants of which we have plenty in this location. County Clare is famous for traditional Irish music which I am passionate about. The local pubs have music on most nights. For holidays, I head for the sun,usually to off the track destinations.
